Resilience coaching focuses clients on how to build stamina to cope with life’s challenges. Often our stress and anxiety levels can start to affect performance and we need to find ways of strengthening our ability to respond. Resilience coaching also focuses on improving emotional intelligence, whether that’s self-awareness or overcoming negative triggers.
